A work-life friendly workplace benefits employers and employees.

The Work-Life Ambassador Scheme brings together business leaders, HR practitioners and working individuals to raise awareness about the value of work-life harmony in Singapore workplaces. Work-Life Ambassadors may share their wealth of work-life experiences and knowledge on different platforms, to support employers in implementing or refining organisational work-life programmes and strategies. They may also share helpful insights to employees who are considering how to achieve better personal work-life effectiveness. Find out more about the Work-Life Ambassador Scheme here (opens in new tab).
