Engaging Employers and HR Professionals on Parental Leave Enhancements  

In preparation for parental leave enhancements at the National Day Rally 2024, it was imperative to engage with key tripartite partners including the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) and the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME). Beside meetings with their leadership, larger town hall sessions were held with SNEF and ASME members on 19 Aug 2024 and 2 Sep 2024 respectively. In addition, three webinars were also held for more to guide HR leaders in implementing the new parental leave.

Dialogue on Making Flexible Work Arrangements Work for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises  

To help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) familiarise themselves with various forms of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs), an open dialogue titled “Making FWAs Work for SMEs” was held on 19 June 2023.

Organised in partnership with the ASME and the Ministry of Manpower, the session featured industry professionals sharing practical tips and strategies, followed by a robust panel discussion and Q&A on the benefits and challenges of implementing FWAs.
